TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dispatch and delivery times
Once an order is placed online, it will be prepared and dispatched within 5 working days if all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified by email. You may be offered a substitute item of equal or greater value or your order will be dispatched as soon as the out of stock item becomes available. If it will take some time, the out of stock item will be sent in a second delivery at no extra cost to you. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order before making any enquiries about your order.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, or other courier for larger items.
If you need items urgently, please choose the FIRST CLASS delivery option at check out

Teeny Weeny Greenies now offers FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders over £10
Otherwise £2.95 for standard delivery or
£4.95 for First Class Delivery
Packaging
All your purchased items will be carefully packaged, and to avoid unecessary waste, re-useable, recycled or recyclable materials are used. Some packaging may have the name of a different company or product so please check your parcel in case you might refuse a delivery.
Returns and Refunds
You may return any items within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Please return in unused condition, and with the original packaging. Please contact returns@teenyweenygreenies within one week of receiving your item if faulty.
You will need to pay for the cost of the return postage unless the items are damaged or faulty.
